Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Excellent communication with residents and families.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care within CNA scope.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers and safety; follow infection control guidelines.
