Job summary

Midland Care Connection, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide essential in-home care to older adults and seriously ill individuals across Topeka, Lawrence, Emporia, Kansas City, and Olathe.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health, and reporting changes to nursing staff. Qualified candidates hold Kansas CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Kansas.
• Ability to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living.
• Ability to observe, document, and report changes in a client’s condition to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support with basic household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders when needed.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to nurses or supervisors.
