Encompass Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant I to support patient care and rehabilitation efforts. You will assist rehabilitation nurses with delegated treatments, communicate effectively with patients and families, and help create a safe, patient-centered environment.

As you care for patients and learn about their physical and emotional needs, you will build strong relationships with both patients and teammates while pursuing opportunities to learn and advance in your nursing

Qualifications

• Current CNA license or state certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehabilitation nurses with delegated treatment and patient care.
• Perform tasks delegated by and supervised by rehabilitation nurses.
• Use effective communication with patients, families, peers, and caregivers.
