Job summary

Masonicare Corp is seeking a CNA Home Health Aide for the Enfield area to provide in-home personal care and health support on the day shift. The role requires reliable transportation, daytime availability, and a commitment to patient safety in diverse home environments.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA certification and active license in good standing.
• Driver's license in good standing with proof of auto insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care, and feeding.
• Remind client to take medications and assist with management as directed.
• Aid with exercises, ambulation and transfer activities.
• Perform household tasks to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide emotional support to client and household members.
• Accompany client to physician, clinic, or other appointments.
• Observe changes in client abilities or needs and report to the agency.
• Document care activities per agency policy.
