Job summary

BrightStar Care Northwest Compassionate Care, LLC in Coon Rapids is hiring part-time CNAs and experienced Home Health Aides for Thursday and every other weekend 6pm–8pm, plus weekdays with 8am–10am on alternating weekends, and occasional coverage from Monday through Sunday as needed.

Qualifications

• Current MN CNA certification (preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Geriatric care, Alzheimer's / Dementia experience, etc.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Own a vehicle with auto insurance and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing/showering, toileting, etc.).
• Light housekeeping / homemaking.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
