Job summary

BAYADA Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Health Aide (HHA) to care for a client in East Springfield, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This role supports daily living activities and medical tasks in the client's home. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes, a positive work environment, scholarship opportunities, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training.
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living assistance.
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers with lifting devices.
• Oral feeding and monitoring of vital signs.
• Medication assistance as needed and ambulation support.
