Job summary

Absolute Health Professionals seeks an experienced CNA/HHA to join our team delivering home health care in Florida. You will work one-on-one with senior patients in their homes, providing personal care, companionship, and support to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and dementia care. We value compassion, reliability, and respectful, patient-centered care in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Level 2 Background Screening is required.
• CEUs for HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer's/Dementia.
• Ability to use a smartphone to clock in and out.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Offer companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Change linens and maintain a clean living space.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Care for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia with supportive approaches.
