Always Best Care Senior Services in Jacksonville is hiring caregivers for steady, long-term client assignments across Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties. If you want predictable shifts, a responsive team, and benefits others may not offer, we’d love to meet you.

We offer competitive pay ($16-$19 per hour), flexible full-time and part-time schedules, and opportunities for growth. You’ll help clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and support families with trusted in-home care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license, or a home health aide certificate from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of consistent caregiving experience.
• Active CPR certification.
• Negative TB test within the past year.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support daily routines while preserving dignity and respect.
• Prepare light meals and help with household tasks.
• Provide companionship and attentive care.
• Keep clients, families, and the care team informed.
