Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Florida Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Experience with clients with complex or higher-care-needs.
• Dependable and consistent with attendance.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Willing to follow the client’s individualized care plan.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful.
• Good communication with clients, families, and the office.
• Team player and able to work with a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for clients with complex care needs.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided.
• Work as part of a caregiving team to ensure consistent support.
