Capitol Hill Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma City is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA I/II) to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in accordance with facility policies, standards of care, and regulations. The role includes aiding with daily living activities, mobility, and basic nursing tasks while following the care plan.

Successful applicants will have completed an approved CNA program, demonstrated computer literacy, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of good resident care practices.
• Must understand the facility’s Exposure Control Plan.
• Must be able to explain how to perform procedures involving exposure to visible blood contamination and when to defer tasks and procedures involving exposure to visible blood contamination as designated in the Exposure Control Plan.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents as assigned in the plan of care.
• Identify safety hazards and respond to emergencies per policies.
• Maintain infection control practices and report concerns to Staff Nurse.
• Observe residents’ rights and communicate effectively with residents, staff and visitors.
• Assist with activities of daily living and restorative care as assigned.
