Job summary

HMG Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate patient care in a clinical setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and ensure proper nutrition while adhering to infection control protocols.

Ideal candidates have completed an accredited CNA program, hold a valid CNA license, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff. CPR may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CNA training program.
• Valid CNA certification/license as required by the state.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings including immunizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Support mobility: transferring, repositioning, ambulation.
• Provide nutritional support by assisting with feeding and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment following infection control protocols.
• Communicate with nursing staff about patient status and changes.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under supervision.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely per regulations.
