Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, turning, lifting and mobility according to care plans.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to the care team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship and compassionate support to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean and respectful care environment.
