Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision in a Portland, TN facility. You will support ADLs, assist with transfers, monitor vitals, and help create a compassionate environment aligned with care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification in the state of operation.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a nursing team under supervision.
• Customer service oriented with composure under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable and acts with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
• Assist with ADLs within state regulations and care plan.
• Change bed linens and maintain resident room supplies.
• Ambulate/transfer residents using appropriate devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Turn and reposition residents regularly.
• Support resident rights and choices in care.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff.
