Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Encourage participation in recreational activities.
• Keep rooms and common areas clean and organized.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
• Document care provided and resident observations.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
