Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Evansville, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team delivering routine daily nursing care in alignment with applicable laws and Life Care standards. The CNA will provide direct care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) and work within a collaborative team to support patient comfort and safety.

A high school diploma or equivalent, CNA program completion, and active state licensure are required; CPR is preferred

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and Life Care standards.
Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
Join our interdisciplinary team and help make a difference in patients' lives.
Exhibit professional behavior and maintain positive relations with all associates and vendors.
