Job summary

Alumus is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care to residents in a clinical setting. You will assist with admissions, transfers and discharges, following the care plan under RN supervision, and help maintain comfort and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have a CNA license/certification prior to hiring.
• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum six months CNA/LNA experience.
• Recent Long-Term Care/SNF or Transitional Rehab experience.
• LTC/SNF/Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges according to care plans.
• Review care plans daily to determine changes in daily care routines.
