You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Monitor and record vital signs (temp, BP, pulse).
• Support mobility and ensure safe transfers.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment with infection control measures.
• Document patient observations and changes in condition.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about care instructions.
