• Wisconsin CNA certification and Nurse Aide Registry listing.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
• Ability to lift, walk, and assist with transfers per care plan.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support meal times and follow individual diet guidelines.
• Observe changes and report to nursing staff.
• Take vital signs and document care provided.
• Promote independence, safety and comfort for residents.
