Grand Victorian of Crystal Lake in Crystal Lake, IL 60012 is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time 3rd shift. You will deliver compassionate personal care as outlined in each resident’s care plan and assist with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
