Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, and hygiene.
- Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
- Support Mobility: assist transfers with proper body mechanics.
- Record Vital Information: document vitals, intake/output, and meals.
- Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
- Encourage Engagement: facilitate range of motion and orientation activities.
