Job summary

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. We offer full-time positions across all shifts with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour plus shift differentials.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health status, and collaborate with our nursing team to maintain a safe, respectful, and comforting environment for residents.

Qualifications

Must hold valid Florida CNA license.
Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
Monitor residents' weight, vitals, and input/output to help maintain stability.
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
Support nurses and other medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
Keep resident rooms clean, comfortable, and safe.
Provide companionship and social interaction to support emotional well-being.
Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
Document care provided and communicate concerns to the team.
