Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Wedgewood Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Lakeland, FL. This full-time position covers all shifts and offers an hourly rate up to $19.50 plus shift differentials.

The CNA will provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor residents’ well-being to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, dignified care to residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Personalized care: assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report changes.
• Build relationships with residents and families to foster trust and belonging.
• Maintain clean and hygienic rooms and common areas.
• Record and report changes in conditions and care plans to the care team.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Engage residents in activities supporting their well-being.
