Job summary

Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time nights and PRN shifts. You will provide routine nursing care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and support the care team in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Applicants must hold a Colorado CNA license, be fluent in English, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a CNA in Colorado.
• Must possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
• Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures and as directed by supervisor to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding, continence care, and monitoring vital signs as needed to support residents' well-being.
