Storybrook Care & Rehabilitation in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a licensed CNA for full-time night shifts and PRN schedules. Join a 58-bed facility delivering dementia care, skilled rehab, long-term, and hospice services, where compassion and teamwork are valued.

You will perform routine nursing duties under supervision, assist residents with bathing, feeding, mobility, and continence care while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a CNA in the state of Colorado.
• Desire to serve the elderly.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per established policies and procedures and as directed by nursing leadership.
• Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, feeding, continence care, and daily living activities.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Maintain a clean, homelike environment and uphold safety rules.
