Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in South Dakota.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to licensed nurses, and assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
