Friendly Village, a part of Eden Senior Care in Rhinelander, WI, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time positions. You will provide quality care, assist with activities of daily living, and support guests with dignity and compassion in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
Experienced in long-term care.
Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

Responsibilities

Provides quality nursing care to Guests in a nourishing environment.
Provides individualized attention to maintain or attain guests' physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
Assists with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Attends to incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and communication needs.
Maintains skin integrity and applies moisturizers to prevent pressure ulcers and skin damage.
Performs tasks assigned by the floor nurse, checks vital signs, weighs Guests, and collects specimens.
Supports care planning with observations and documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
Assists with new admissions, re-admissions and transfers within the facility.
