Marquette in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Aide to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units. You will respond to call lights, help with meals, hydration, and daily activities, and assist with transfers under the guidance of the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana CNA certification.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Passion for providing exceptional care and service to seniors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights promptly and assist with meals and hydration.
• Provide activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Support nursing staff with delegated tasks to ensure safety and well-being.
