Job summary

Marquette is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care units. The CNA assists with providing routine nursing care under supervision, responding to call lights, and helping residents with meals and daily activities to ensure comfort and safety.

You will support licensed staff, assist with ADLs and transfers, and contribute to a caring, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana CNA certification.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Passion for providing exceptional elder care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights promptly.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Provide ADL support including bathing, dressing, toileting.
• Support transfers and safety under nurse supervision.
• Collaborate with licensed staff to deliver quality care.

Marquette is loving for a passionate Certified Nursing Aide to work in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the licensed and nursing staff by performing routine customer service and nursing care tasks appropriate for delegation to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Your responsibilities will consist of answering resident call lights promptly, assists with obtaining and providing meals, setting up meals, providing hydration, assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, eating, transfers, and other necessary tasks for safety and well-being directed by the Charge Nurse.

Salary Range: $18.00- $22 an hour (pay is based on experience)

Shift: 2PM- 10PM (part-time schedule, rotating weekends are required)
