Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Timonium, MD is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents, including help with activities of daily living. You’ll monitor needs, collaborate with nurses and encourage participation in community programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA with Medication Aide is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
