Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate aides to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to our residents in Maryland. The role offers a supportive environment focused on dignity and wellness.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes with nursing staff, and encourage participation in community programs and activities. A CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus, and pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for helping others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state CNA/HHA/CHHA-Medication Aide certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
