Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like setting at The Village at Buckland Court in South Windsor, CT. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and report health changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health/behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.
