Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care for our senior residents. If you are a licensed CNA who values integrity, teamwork, and accountability, we’d love to talk with you.

You will perform direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility while following infection control guidelines. Strong communication and a caring mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
