The Stratford is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-focused team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support the nursing staff to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide medication reminders under supervision.
• Engage residents with companionship and activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
