Clarity Care Inc in Oshkosh, WI is hiring a detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant for our Home Care team. The role includes assisting with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and transport according to Plans of Care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant credential.
• Must have experience providing personal care.
• Must have a high school diploma/equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license and meet driving standards.
• Proof of auto insurance required.
• Willingness to undergo WI caregiver background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers.
• Follow client plans of care and dietary guidelines.
• Prepare and serve meals per client needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Notify supervisor of changes in client health or behavior.
• Respond promptly in emergencies.
