Job summary

Arista Healthcare is seeking a certified CNA to join a compassionate care team in Naperville, IL. The role requires current CNA and BLS certifications, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will participate in daily resident care, vitals collection, restorative activities, and routine CNA duties in a resident-focused setting. Shifts vary from early mornings to nights (0630–1430, 1430–2230, 2230–0630), offering opportunities to contribute to high-quality care and

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and active.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred experience in long-term care (LTC).
• Preferred experience with point-of-care (POC) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work 0630 to 1430, 1430 to 2230, and/or 2230 to 0630 shifts.
• Safely perform daily resident care.
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights.
• Perform restorative programs (ROM, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Provide standard CNA care as taught in CNA classes.
