Qualifications

• CNA with MN certification, eligible within 6 months.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days.
• Ability to assist with basic patient care and transport.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills basic quality of life needs for patients of all ages.
• Answer call lights.
• Serve meals, feed patients.
• Vital signs (BP, T, P, R, and SaO2) and accuchecks, weight measurements.
• Make beds, keep rooms clean.
• Ambulating, turning and positioning patients; provide water and nourishment between meals.
