CHI St. Francis Health in Breckenridge, MN is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide essential support under RN direction. You will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, measure vital signs, and support the patient plan of care as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include MN CNA certification or eligibility within 120 days and BLS- CPR. A $3,750 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant: MN, within 120 Days.
• Basic Life Support - CPR.

Responsabilités

• Fulfills basic quality of life needs for residents.
• Answer call lights
• Assist with preparation of meals, serve meals, feed patients
• Vital signs (BP, T, P, R, and SaO2) weight measurements
• Make beds, keep rooms clean
• Ambulating, turning and positioning patients
