Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices.
• Document care and observations according to facility policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe environment and infection control practices.
• Provide emotional support and respectful communication to residents and families.
