Job summary

Brentwood Place Two is a long-term care facility in Dallas seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team for a full-time, evening shift (2PM-10PM). The role requires CNA licensure, at least 6 months of CNA experience, and a genuine desire to serve the ill and elderly.

The position requires English reading, writing and speaking ability, patience, tact, and the ability to work well with residents, families, and staff in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• A compassionate, patient-focused caregiver with a desire to serve the ill and elderly.

Responsibilities

• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to provide quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identity before administering care or serving meals.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled, and within resident reach.
• Follow facility policies, nursing care procedures, and safety rules.
