Collage Nursing and Home Care Partners, LLC seeks a dedicated CNA to service an elderly client at home on day and night shifts. Shifts are 12 hours (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) with pay of $18–$20 per hour. We offer training, growth opportunities, and supportive team development.

The caregiver provides personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, mobility help, meal prep, light housekeeping, and participates in daily living activities, with a focus on compassionate care and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal hygiene assistance and basic care.
• Ability to assist with med reminders and mobility support.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Dedicated to maintaining health and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or recovering clients.
• Help clients take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility around home or during appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer activities essential for daily living.
