Job summary

A valid CNA program completion, high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license are required; night and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Care in a one-on-one setting and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds for patient care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation daily.
• Completion of state CNA program and high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Assist with prescribed medications and ambulation.
• Help with mobility to appointments and activities.
• Plan meals and support physical therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to shops.
• Perform housekeeping and report any incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow care plan created by Nurse Supervisor.
