Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to the care team. You will also help families navigate health care journeys with care and empathy.

Qualifications

• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• Experience: 1+ year of CNA experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor their conditions.
• Report changes to the care team promptly and accurately.
