Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor patients with vigilance. You will report changes to the care team and help families navigate the patient journey with empathy.

We value a heart to serve, CNA certification, and at least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in hospital or long-term care settings. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team promptly.
• Support families along healthcare journeys with love and compassion.
