Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC in the United States is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents, supporting daily living activities and helping maintain independence. You will work with nurses to monitor changes in residents' needs, encourage participation in community programs, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive living environment.

A high school diploma is required; CNA/HHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' care needs and collaborate with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
