Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA program or hold CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, or religious services.
• Answer residents' call lights promptly.
• Attend in-service training and meetings as directed.
• Assist residents with hygiene and bathing per policy.
• Follow infection control procedures and chart required information each shift.
• Present a professional image and adhere to company standards.
• Protect resident rights and participate in orientation.
