Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists elders with activities of daily living and daily living activities.
• Promotes a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
• Maintains confidentiality of elder information and safety.
• Assists with meals, personal care, grooming, and toileting tasks.
• Performs light housekeeping, laundry, and room care for residents.
• Transports elders to activities and assists with mobility and safety.
• Participates in team meetings and follows care plans for optimal outcomes.
