SnapCare seeks compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality care in a secure behavioral health and correctional setting. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will support patients’ physical and emotional well-being while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, ADLs, vital signs, safety monitoring, and documentation. The role requires a Colorado CNA license and 12-hour shifts with varied days, evenings, and nights.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to obtain Colorado fingerprint clearance through an approved vendor.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Obtain and document vital signs and observe changes in condition.
• Monitor patient safety and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
