Job summary

Empro-Staffing is seeking reliable CNAs to support patients in Patchogue, NY. Full-time evening shifts (2PM-10PM) with a $25/hour rate and overtime at $37.50/hour. Weekly pay via direct deposit, benefits after probation, and potential for double shifts.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification and strong patient-care skills. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vitals, and helping maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of CNA training program.
• Current CNA certification.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred but new grads welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes.
• Provide mobility assistance (transfers, wheelchairs).
• Support nursing staff in delivering patient care.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in training to enhance patient care skills.
