Qualifications
- Clean criminal background check.
- Live Scan / Fingerprinting completed.
- Reliable transportation with insurance.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9).
- CPR/First Aid, TB test or chest X-ray required.
- Georgia CNA License required.
Responsibilities
- Bath, groom, and dress residents with care and dignity.
- Provide transportation and run errands (pharmacy, groceries).
- Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
- Medication reminders and basic monitoring.
- Mobility assistance and toiletry support.
- Provide companionship and engage in resident activities.
- Maintain detailed records of services and conditions via online portal.
- Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during shift.
