Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii CNA Certification
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience within 24 months
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray clearance within 1 year
• Fingerprint check on file
• Annual Physical

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient health or behavior
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Provide emotional support and companionship
